Hello and welcome to my website,

I'm Ignacio Montero, a 27-year-old software engineer based in Montevideo, Uruguay (UTC-3).

My Journey

I began my professional career in early 2018, joining a local product development company as a Front-End Developer specializing in React. Driven by a passion for building scalable software, I transitioned into a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer, working with React, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, and GCP.

Over the years, I collaborated with various early-stage startups, leading the development of products from concept to production. In 2021, I co-founded a SaaS platform called MoonBoots, where I led the end-to-end development and DevOps operations.

Recent Work

Since late 2023, I formed a team of skilled developers under the name Radical Online. Together, we have been delivering robust web and mobile solutions for clients across industries like Crypto, HealthTech, Fitness, and E-learning. Notable projects include:

• ChainGlance: Crypto portfolio tracker.

• BaxRx: Prescription discounts platform for US citizens.

• Kaitenji: Japanese learning platform.

What Drives Me

Beyond Code

When I step away from the keyboard, I enjoy music, drumming, fitness, traveling, dancing, and exploring food. Balancing productivity and personal growth is a continuous journey, and I strive to maintain that harmony.
